Jarrett grew up as a local to Cincinnati. After graduating Jarrett attended Clemson University, earning a degree focused on Management Statistics.
Jarrett returned home to Cincinnati, starting his career in Finance with Fifth Third Bank, moving up through the Finance organization and obtaining his MBA in Finance after work from The University of Cincinnati. Starting In 2001 Jarrett was promoted to various Regional CFO roles (Chicago, Lexington, and Detroit) and returned to Cincinnati in 2009 with roles in Various Division CFO and Corporate Finance roles.
In 2016, Jarrett had an opportunity to run and turn around local struggling Retail company. This experience led Jarrett to start his own company with a focus on helping other small businesses improve their results and help them reach their personal and business goals.
In 2011, Jarrett was diagnosed with Leukemia which has led to passionate support for organizations with missions related to Cancer research and patient support. Jarrett has two small children, Jack (10), and Ava (8), is active in his Church and is passionate about Clemson and Cincinnati sports as well as the family dog Luna.
