Our Service

Hope Floats partners with local businesses to provide practical services. These include cleaning, laundry, meal delivery, child care, and financial aid in the form of grocery and gas gift cards. Payments are made directly to our service partners, which helps reduce the payment burden for the patient and their families. Gift cards for specific items, such as those for Kroger and Walmart, are provided in the provider’s name and given directly to the recipients. Please provide your Hope Floats Account number when working with our preferred vendors. Patients must be adults over 18 and currently undergoing active treatment. Please have your physician complete the Patient Diagnosis Verification Form to receive our services.

Family Thyme Kitchen

Let Family Thyme Kitchen take the burden off the phase nobody wants to think about “What’s for Dinner.” They can accommodate your family’s needs for mealtime. Just fill out the desired meals for the week, and they will be delivered to your home—as easy as that.

Let Laundry Reimagined assist you with handling all your laundry needs during your recovery time. All you do is place your laundry out for them to pickup, and it will be returned cleaned, folded, and sorted.

FAQs

Is there a limit of financial assistance for services?
Yes, services are utilized for patient undergoing ACTIVE treatments. Per calendar year up to $1,500. Patients may reapply each calendar year as long as they qualify.
To receive our services, please have your physician complete the Patient Diagnosis Verification Form below and submit it to us for approval. Once completed, you will be assigned an account number. When arranging services with our vendors, please provide your account number with Hope Floats. Hope Floats is committed to assisting individuals and their families facing cancer in Greater Cincinnati. Patients must be adults over 18 and currently undergoing active treatment. We are always looking for volunteers to help with major fundraising events, hosting a fundraiser with your family or friends, or even back end help for fielding calls and talking with patients who may want more information regarding our organization.
